This Circles of Intimacy exercise, developed by Marilyn Murray often creates a paradigm shift as individuals begin to understand they cannot care and give to others if they do not care for themselves first: physically, emotionally, intellectually and spiritually – including their relationship with God.

Remember, the safety message on a plane states you must first put on your own oxygen mask before helping someone else.
