DESCRIPTION:Every relationship needs TOOLS.  Tools to improve communication\, resolve conflict and create a safe place for your marriage to thrive. MarriageWell founders Al & Leticia Perez will teach two interactive Murray Method tools – Circles of Intimacy\, Responsibility & Impact and Safety Circle\, Relationship Playing Field. Join us and walk away with tools to improve your marriage. \nOnly (5) couples spots available.  Lunch included \n \nCircles of Intimacy\, Responsibility and Impact  \nAre you often overwhelmed and exhausted with work\, home responsibilities\, activities\, expectations of others and chaos in your life? Does it feel like whatever is screaming the loudest gets all your attention leaving you guilty about those who get left out. \nAre you realizing that your priorities and behaviors are not reflecting your stated values? Do you and your marriage often take the back seat? \nThis interactive Murray Method tool challenges you to look at what dominates your life and why you have allowed many people\, activities and pursuits to heavily impact you\, your health\, your marriage and family.  \nInvest in this one day workshop to reset those priorities (your CIRCLES)\,  take action to intentionally align your attention\, actions\, calendars\, priorities with your true values (what’s important in life) then setting appropriate boundaries to protect those values/priorities. \n \nSafety Circle and the Relationship Playing Field  \nHow do you deal with anger and conflict – do you often find yourself being passive-aggressive or aggressive?  \nAre you tired of these destructive interactions between you\, your spouse and others?  \nThis interactive Murray Method tool presents a Relationship Playing Field upon which all relationships interact. Its center core contains the Safety Circle – a safe zone in which you should attain to reside. All healthy interactions\, even conflict can/should be done from the Safety Circle. \nIn this workshop we will examine how we get pulled or even intentionally step out of the Safety Circle (become passive-aggressive\, aggressive or even violent in reaction)\, the results & consequences\, then learn strategies to course correct and stay there with healthy boundaries.
